Nav Bar not Displaying Properly - 09/13/2004
My apologies if this has been asked and answered elsewhere.

I signed up for three webrings and placed the code on my blog. I thought it would display a stack of links to those rings, or even graphics. However, all I see is

cat12002, this site is a member of the WebRing # WomenBloggers ? Visit a complete list of WebRing memberships here

This was making the side bar that I had placed it in move down to below my main block of text, instead of displaying on the right.

I've moved it to the bottom of the page to take care of that problem, but does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to make the nav bar show up as a graphic, and for all three of the webrings that I have joined to show up on there?

Thanks in advance.

Dear Cat12002,

These navbars are OK. They display properly, but they are simply not graphic but "minimalist" customized. You can see that every little piece of text: '', '+', '?', '', etc, has an independant link, that correspond to the normal links of a navbar.
You were "unlucky" to get to those ones, but you can find other Rings that are more graphic. 1000's of them! Including mine, which are "highly" graphic - not meaning "too big"! (click my ID 'justanoth' to find out!)))

And as to display the whole stack instead of one single navbar, you must edit your Site's setings in your Webring account? There's just a little box to uncheck.

I feel glad that you'ld seem to be proud of showing your Webrings navbars, when so many members just develop lots of sweat to hide them completely.
